		<description>I totally agree with you regarding Cloud computing being a great potential for African countries. One of the show stopper in most African countries is the lack of server infrastructure and Data centers. These types of infrastructure are very expensive. Therefore in does make sense to merge to the cloud. The synergy between cloud and mobile make perfect sense. And it is adopted widely will make a lot of sense. 
I have one reservation though, in order for this to work there must be multiple &quot;African Clouds&quot;  physically on the African content itself. Just plugging it to clouds located outside of the continent will become problematic, because of bandwidth, localization and support, Unless cloud services provider are willing to build data centers across the major African centers.</description>
