Jason made some fair points in his post but that Aaron and team should have held out to build the company more is fail to recognize the unique circumstance at play in any deal - and I have no idea what Aaron's are, but $21m to secure your future and a place at the table in any future endeavor is not be be sniffed at - and given the same deal I would take it without hesitation.
