Today Microsoft released a concept video about how they see the future of productivity is going to be. We would like to share the video with our readers. I am not sure what timeline they are talking about but I will expect most of what is shown to be available in 3-5 years. Some of the augmented reality stuff are already available in a very alpha-ish form anyhow.

Krish… Thanks for posting this. Two things strike me. First, the video production aesthetic feels more like Apple than Microsoft. White, breezy, clean. Even the soundtrack recalls the original iPhone ad.
Second, the presentation suggests complexity, not simplicity. There’s a mammouth amount of information being presented in most of these scenarios. Makes me wonder if the purpose of the video is to show what might technically be possible versus what might practically be useful.
