    Mark, Thanks for the great information.

    I was wondering with your background at Salesforce.com how you would position Salesforce.com today. I know back in 2000 when Siebel was high-flying, Salesforce.com came out as the 1/10th price alternative, hence going after volume of small businesses. I know that Mark Benioff invested heavily in a direct salesforce and have have thousands of people pushing the application. I wonder if they are now feeling the pressures of the new players who are offering some of the major features at again, 1/10 the price of what Salesforce.com offers. Are the shoes swapping again?
