    I tend to agree with your thinking. I believe organisations should look at defining a set of interfaces to provide the services and capabilities they need. These interfaces should encapsulate implementations of SaaS capability with a healthy mix of their own secret sauce that will give them the competitive advantage. Organisations should start doing this now as this will allow them to take the necessary steps to a SaaS model in an iterative, learn as you go fashion. @kmarritt

    In my opinion, a small business needs in a single system that contains all the modules and solutions in one place, all components must be finished by the developer to the maximum.
