    Hi Sada…thanks for the post. It is very informative for people like me, who had missed a chance to be a part of the historic SFDC annual event this year.

    The Salesforce.com juggernaut is here to stay. I love the company’s strategy of avoiding an all-out frontal attack on the Enterprise Application Goliaths – Oracle and SAP…but slowly and steadily creating a nice lock-in on all their customers – most of whom also use Oracle/SAP in some form or other.
