    I agree with you that my best creative breakthroughs happen while doing exercise. Particularly: running. Somehow it has a soothing quality that allows you to clear your mind and achieve such a calm status, that ideas just come to you. One must allow oneself to have moments of relaxation in which one can think with clarity. Taking away all the daily clutter through a morning ritual involving exercise or meditation is a great way to achieve this. Thanks for confirming this.
