    An interesting thing happening in my own backyard, is a big company that employs me and a few others to innovate and backs us. Entrepreneurial endeavours that are internal to big companies should be rewarded with decent benefits – promoting those ideas that go beyond the status quo. The biggest hurdle here, is that most people who see a good idea and want to execute, will see much more financial benefit for themselves by doing so outside of a large corporate. The ever lucrative big corporate buyout inherently stops innovation from within – there is more incentive to innovate outside of a corporate. The “internal entrepreneur” is also subject to over-abundance of politics and their “vision” can get diluted heavily by the “too many cooks” syndrome…
