    I really like the fiendish simplicity of the PR Efficacy metric you mentioned. Did measuring using that method give any other insights apart from the reach of the brand?

    It only gave us insights on whether our PR/press was increasing each month and quarter. But once we measured it, it reliably increased every quarter, and increased more than it would have had we not measured it — for sure.
