    I see nothing wrong with rewarding the prick over the work horse. Simply, because it didn’t take the WH anything special to do “the hard work of serving customers in a real business–what creates the actual value in the economy”.
    Any TDH can do that, whereas it takes vision, courage and ambition to be the prick. Also not all pricks get acqui-hired.

    In the end it is a fair market and people will move from one side to the other till the risk adjusted returns equate
