    Yes I like the article. I have some different view on it. First you need to decide a specific time to make you phone call then you should have calendar and a pen with you.Gather all important information and resources before making your call.Have the number to call the name of the person you need to speak to,have all of your personal info at hand like calendar, Full name, Address and Phone number and email.Write down your talking points. I mean not everything but just an idea or point related to your topic. You can also make note of nay questions you need to ask.If you feel nervous then take a moment to visualize the conversation on your mind. You can also practice in front of mirror. This will increase your confidence. After that place the phone call.When you are finishing the call , take time to thanks the person and reiterate the important information.One thing you should focus is to be clear and to the point.
