    Cloud computing projects can challenge traditional decision flow given a myriad of people involved in the process, some official and some from the ranks of “Shadow IT” or equivalent. While outcome-based decisions are preferable, in the trenches decisions (the “I want that factor” are more common. Perhaps, one way to addressing requests are themed priorities, like incorporating streamlined mobile-style UI or social media or Big Data. Most importantly, transparency is required. –Paul Calento
