    This is great document. Thank you for your hard work in putting together this comprehensive paper. As a salesperson new to selling SAAS, a category I have been interested in is “Service Transfer” or “Service Cancellation”. My thinking is that clients will be interested in shopping price, performance and features when the contract is up and as business requirements change. A move from one SAAS to another may be necessary. In that case what are some of the questions they should ask?
