I have had a fitbit for about two weeks, and I love it. It’s unobtrusive, syncs wirelessly, and does the food, the activity, and the sleep effectiveness. My only problem with it is the problem you have when you eat in high end restaurants: you really don’t know how much salmon they are giving you, or what’s in their salad dressing recipe. In fact, even when I cook at home I can’t really determine the number of calories in my portions. But I do think I am getting somewhere– I now realize that I am a lot more sedentary than I used to be before I started to live life online, do I’ve picked up the exercise and dropped the chocolate. We’ll see if the agony of going without chocolate is offset by the magic of the fitbit.
