Veeva Systems’ SaaS Pharma CRM Application “Perfectly Fits Business Model” for Publicis Selling Solutions

According to news, a company called Confidela has announced the release of an online service called WatchDox which is available in the beta testing phase. This SaaS will help users control both who sees the documents and what they do with them. It offers document tracking and control as service. “The SaaS model means that no one, sender or recipient, has to download any software to use the service. This makes WatchDox a very cost-effective, simple and secure way to share confidential materials,” said CEO Moti Rasalin.

VMware Inc. has announced that TradeBeam, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supply-chain management solutions will be using VMware vSphere(TM) 4 to power its SaaS solution. In the past, we had to dedicate large amounts of computing resources for each new customer. It's very expensive to scale that type of sales model. VMware vSphere 4 allows us to pool our computing resources in an internal cloud. We can then carve out a virtualized piece of the infrastructure for any new customer aside from the production systems. We can manage our resources and increase utilization much more efficiently while helping our customers with their budgets and deployment." said Nasser Mirzai, vice president of IT at TradeBeam.
