Wuxi iPark Selects IBM to Build Innovation Incubation Platform

Wuxi Software Industry Development Co.Ltd. better known as Wuxi iPark has announced the launch of a smarter-IT infrastructure service offering to help ISVs in China dramatically reduce the cost and time required to develop business software applications. The new SaaS offering will enable ISV’s to reach new markets by providing them with the ability to sell their software solutions. SpringCM updates SaaS ECM platform

SpringCM has announced 36 new features and enhancements which include custom dashboards, enhanced document rules and solution packaging that allows customers to create feature packages that can be imported to other SpringCM applications.     Guru Amrit, CEO of Herndon, Va.-based Nationwide Processing says he thinks the new dashboard will provide the speed and accuracy his company needs to conduct business day-to-day. "Document management and workflow are crucial components of our ability to deliver services, but it is also extremely important that we have a full and timely view of the benefits we provide to our customers," he said.

Sub-Zero Selects Zscaler Cloud-Delivered Security Service

Zscaler Inc. has announced that Sub-Zero is leveraging Zscaler SaaS service to protect their headquarters, branch offices and mobile road warriors in distributed locations from Web security risks. "Zscaler's integrated Web security service eliminates the need for multiple point products at multiple gateways, consolidating and simplifying security while adding advanced protections," said Tyler Verri, security analyst at Sub-Zero. "Deployment was painless; Zscaler support was very helpful, and all we had to do to be up-and-running was simply forward the traffic from our Microsoft ISA server; whereas before we had very limited reporting, Zscaler's integrated reporting dashboard gives us full visibility and easy investigation."

Elementool Updates SaaS Help Desk CRM Tool

According to news Elementool Inc. has released Help Desk version 5.1. This is an update to its CRM tool. Some of the new features include drag and drop, sorting and a new welcome page with a summary of the relevant information. The company’s diversified portfolio includes a suite of an integrated SaaS project management tools includes Test Case Management, Time Tracking, File Sharing, Forums, and Issue Tracking.
