Intelledox SaaS Solution Automates Creation of Low-Cost Legal Documents for New AIIA.biz Member Portal.

Intelledox has announced that its SaaS solution has been implemented to automate the creation of low-cost legal contract templates as part of AIIA.biz, a new member portal to provide online business support to members of the Australian Information Industry Association. "In the end, we were very happy to find that the software vendor closest to home -- and an AIIA member --was the best solution," said Ben Shepherd, Managing Director of Maat Solutions. "Intelledox was both more sophisticated and yet simpler to use than other similar products. The user interface was much less complex, and uploading documents and question sets was also much simpler -- with the end result being a very sophisticated service."

Caliber Point, Oracle partner.

It was announced\recently that Caliber Point Business Solutions has entered into an agreement with Oracle which will involve offering Oracle's Human Capital Management solutions with Caliber Point's HR consulting and services to customers under the 'BPO Powered by Oracle' programme. This relationship creates flexible capabilities aimed at meeting the needs of global customers in Northern American and Western European markets.

NEC and NetCracker Announce Wireless Broadband Joint Solution at Mobile World Congress 2009.

NEC Corp. and NetCracker Technology have announced a joint solution aiming at helping operators streamline their operations and optimize their investments in wireless broadband. This joint solution exemplifies the commitment made to the market by the two companies to jointly bring unique new capabilities that enable service providers to quickly exploit the opportunities offered by the rising demand for wireless broadband. The solution leverages NEC’s expertise in the area of Femtocell, WiMAX, and LTE, and NetCracker’s next-generation OSS capabilities. “We are excited to demonstrate to the industry how NEC and NetCracker solutions complement each other to provide a full end-to-end solution for mobile operators,” said Andrew Feinberg, President and CEO of NetCracker.

XATA announces USD3.1m funding.

It was announced on 13th February that Xata Corp. has received approximately USD3.1m in investment from Trident Capital Management and Weber Capital Management. According to XATA, the funding will be used to strengthen the company's balance sheet by increasing operating cash to support continued growth of XATANET SaaS platform and repaying the seller notes incurred in the acquisition of Geologic Solutions Inc of USD1.75m.
