Well, it looks like Microsoft is developing an Office suite for the iPhone which obviously means it has changed its stance on 'iPhone appealing to business customers' - just like SAP few weeks ago.

It is also interesting to see Microsoft executive asking how many iPhones are present in the audience rather than Windows Mobile devices. Looks like they are learning a thing or two looking at Apple and not blocking iPhone from their offices (unlike Bill, who banned it from his house).
