Project Management 2.0 is becoming a popular term, but many people are still not quite sure what it is. Some of you may know that this term has something to do with Web 2.0 and technologies like blogs, wikis and social networks. Others have heard that Project Management 2.0 is a new, innovative approach to project management that helps teams and whole businesses become more productive.
Recently, I created a presentation that was first presented at the UT PMI Symposium in Dallas, in which I made an attempt to describe my view on what Project Management 2.0 is all about. I hope the slides will help you understand the basics of this new trend or will provoke productive discussions of innovations in project management.
Like every emerging movement, Project Management 2.0 will only benefit from contributions of knowledge. Please share your ideas, thoughts and comments, as well as your experiences with this new trend.
