    Joel – excellent article. Buyers have changed and are used to using consumer friendly search and comparison shopping tools in their personal lives (e.g., Kayak.com, Shopping.com), but the B2B sales / shopping experience is still stuck in Web 1.0. New services are coming though, including a startup I founded — servdex.com.
