    I definitely go for business owners who are not afraid to share their telephone numbers, more so answer phone calls. For me, it doesn’t just increase profits, but it also boosts their credibility. When I hear somebody else on the line, and that person gets to answer all my queries perfectly, it wouldn’t be very difficult for me to buy a product or take advantage of the business’s service.
