    Email is not draining my company’s productivity or anyone else’s either. Email is just a tool: some use it well, others don’t. We need to teach people to use it better.

    The only way Gen Y will stop crying ’email is broken’ is if we configure our computers to give us a cookie or tell us a joke every time we read an email.
