    Great article! A lot of companies cannot really move on properly simply because they have failed to make the necessary evaluations. Actually, the idea you talked about in relation to collaboration can actually be applied to the organization’s overall objectives, goals, and missions. They have to be measured, or else, like you said, they’re treading the waters without any compass.
