    An amazing tour de force, giving the big picture with just enough detail, and written in a clear, concise, and compelling fashion and style.

    So many great points that I really enjoyed–the analogies (walled gardens), the implications (distribution points, innovator’s dilemma after becoming established, etc.), and your writing itself. Very, very clear, and great tone. Sounded like I was in a cafe, or at a TED talk, listening to you share with us.

    Still digesting and enjoying this, and very much appreciate the work and time you put into it. This really was a great education and read for me.
