IMO, more than making the right decisions and implementing them fast, the ability to be adaptive to changing conditions that really makes an organizations really agile. And I would worry about “implementing decisions fast” without proper assessment and thought of the current situation. Especially in a target driven planning environment where NOT achieving the target is considered a failure. These thoughts are well explained at http://www.dynamicmanagement.me.uk/valuedriven/index.html

    Hi Jayadeep,

“Making the right decisions and implementing them fast” is “adaptation to changing conditions”. “Right” in the decisions is “proper assessment”.
