    Another data point

22 July – Rod’s Entourage Database on MacBook needs a repair. Can’t do email.
Repair fails, so blow away user identity and resync to Exchange. 8 hours later and Entourage still syncing.

Why do I need/want anymore than the last months mail on my computer.

Jump to OWA on Exchange 2003. Awful, but still quite snappy as I’m looking at a picture of mail, rather than downloading it all.

Why hasn’t Microsoft delivered a *real* web based Software + Services enterprise email service yet. I do want all my corporate email in the cloud.

So many broken things. So little time.
