    I think that there are tools that are able to save your problem. You can try Comindware task manager for example, but you should bear in mind that email will always remain teh basic sourse to know about the news as soon as we get to the Internet we check our email box.

    Really great post! I would be really interested if you could share more of your vision on the problems you face with task management.
    For me as executive I have quite the same problems with existing task mgmt software.
    Something has to appear on the market to tackle with it!
