    Thank you for posting this. Great cross section on existing social risks, while spotlighting where organizations need to direct their efforts. This is such an area of opportunity especially when utilized as a true customer engagement tool rather than simply a conduit for broadcasting. Businesses need to learn to treat social-based relationships as significants opportunities for meaningful and timely interaction.
