Emails are so quick and easy to write – and it’s so simple to hit the Send button. But most of us never consider how our emails are being received, much less whether we’ve exposed our companies to any potential dangers.
How well written are the emails coming from your company? Are they clear and concise? Do they accomplish their writer’s purpose effectively? Do they reflect well on the person who wrote them and your company? Do you worry about an inappropriate message or information finding its way out of the organization?
Those are all valid concerns – and in fact I’m sure the presenter is well-prepared in the subject matter. They just need some discipline in applying what they preach to themselves. But as they say:
Those who can, do. Those who can’t teach.
