    Thank you for capturing must read E.20 articles but I’m going to take the liberty of suggesting an essential piece you missed: Victoria G. Axelrod’s March 8 “Values in Action: Web 2.0” that grew from teaching an OD & Web 2.0 Workshop.

    As Victoria’s piece does not include the term “Enterprise 2.0” no doubt it did not appear in any of your streams. Still the message, from my experience, underlies the success of any “E2.0” labeled initiative an organization undertakes:

    “Organizations seeking to improve their effectiveness, innovation and efficiency using web 2.0 need to once again look at their “values in action” and understand those values underpin strategy, structure and operating systems. To riff on Battelle, every business is a social business, ergo values based.”
