    Good post. The excitement that builds inside when you are about to win can make you miss what is coming. Letting the guard down happens too often in such occasions
    . Good Post. Rarely are these things shared. Useful.
    On not quitting after we loose,yes, we need to learn to do activities which will keep the bridges open even when we loose. That will help build this practice of keeping the doors open to get it back.
