    I love IBM’s “graphical stick”. I think it is very useful for anybody with RSI. I loved it so much, I bought a standalone keyboard that incorporated that feature.

    Having the mouse controller right among the keys allows to not move hands to switch between typing and navigational activities. This significantly cuts the stress on the elbow, especially if your environment is not fully ergonomic.

    Perhaps you are not the target user group, but that does not mean that the product is not useful.
