    Nice article. It will be interesting to see whether marketers can take what’s being done on these innovation platforms and use it to create thought leadership content for customers. Are you seeing much cross pollination there yet? (And thanks for mentioning my blog.)

    Your idea is a great one. Content marketing works best when it addresses key issues in an industry. If you have customers expressing things that affect their experience, that strikes me as good material to address.

    No specific case studies for you yet. As the use of external idea sites grows, expect that to change.
